“This place is great. I called them back in December 2015 to get a quote on repairing the wiper linkage on my Accord. They know the business so well they practically could quote me off the top of their head but they didn’t. I finally got around to getting it fixed and called them back (now March) and they remembered me and our conversation from 3 months ago. Their prices are very reasonable and no job is too small. Honda wanted to charge around $500 to replace the part that Acute did for $230. After the mechanic did the lookover, Tyler called me to discuss what was found and what really needed to be done and what could wait. I have already referred people to this shop, as it is a must to check out before going anywhere else.”
“This place is phenomenal! I honestly try to avoid getting my car serviced at all cost, because of, well, the cost and you never really know who can trust. But let me tell you, this place is family owned and operated and you can feel it. The service is quality, the technicians genuinely care about the customers, and there is no pressure to upgrade or do EVERYTHING all at the same time. What’s great about this place is they really break it down and let you know the most immediate needs, and then everything else is laid out on a future timeline recommendation basis to be considered at your own discretion. They provide cost effective solutions and really make sure that issues are effectively and efficiently taken care of. I can’t say enough nice things about the service and the people at Acute Auto Care. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.”
“They paid attention to the details. Thanks to patience and willingness to look a little deeper, I am driving with better peace of mind in a safer vehicle. Evidentially another service place had not tightened a bolt back correctly, it was slowly loosening, and my front left wheel was shaking more and more.
